We do have a 30 days exchange policy from the time of delivery (you can return the knife and pay for the return shipping fee for the desired knives and bundles having the same product price or pay for the upgraded exchange). As long as the warehouse confirms the arrival or receipt of the return knives or items.

Warranty and replacements are only available for products purchased directly from us.
