If you would like to return your order, you can email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. As long as the parcel is in its original package and is in good condition, we do accept return request especially within 30 business days from the time of delivery. As per company policy, we don’t provide return shipping label, the customer will pay for the return shipping fee. Once you have the tracking number, do not ship the parcel back, email us and we will forward your return ID number. Then you can attach this to your return parcel before shipping them out. As long as the warehouse confirms the arrival or receipt, we will process the product price (excluding the shipping fee).
