Yes! We offer immediate order cancellation between 24 and 48 hours after placing your order. Your order will be canceled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, and as long as the order is not shipped out yet.

If you would still like a refund once your order has been shipped out, you will have to initiate our standard returns process (as per company policy we do not provide return label, the customer will pay for the return shipping fee for return request on shipped or successfully delivered parcel).
